Dental Insurance

We are in-network providers for most major PPO dental plans. If you do not see your specific dental insurance listed above, contact our office and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Payment Options

Payment is expected at the time of treatment. We accept cash, check, credit card, and Care Credit as methods of payment.

For those that want to split payments over a longer period of time, flexible payment plans are also available through Care Credit. Care Credit is a company that has a long history of helping patients make their treatments affordable by offering traditional lines of credit intended specifically for dental work. The simple application can be done online by visiting Their primary advantage is to allow you to complete your dental treatment right away and pay at your own pace. Before each appointment, please be sure to verify your cost estimate. No one likes unexpected surprises.
